CREATIVITY !!!
What can this picture tell you?
Actually, it is a picture of human brain’s left and right. But, it is really different from what we saw before this. It is full of colour and shape that being organised nicely. It is attractive right? How can the human brain picture be a very beautiful picture. We need CREATIVITY.

Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterised by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions.
Linda Naiman is founder of Creativity at Work, an innovation consultancy specializing in developing creativity, leadership, and innovation in organizations said;
Creativity involves two processes, which is thinking and then producing. If you have ideas, but do not act on them, you are imaginative but not creative.
Therefore, you need to think and produce. Be brave of yourself. Everyone has their own creativity. There is no right or wrong answer here. Just you need to keep using your brain bravely to develop your own idea.
Futhermore, CREATIVITY is the most crucial factor for future success.
IBM’s 2010 Global CEO Study stated:
“The effects of rising complexity calls for CEOs and their teams to lead with bold creativity, connect with customers in imaginative ways and design their operations for speed and flexibility to position their organizations for twenty-first century success.”
Besides, creativity is a skill that can be developed and managed.
Creativity begins with a foundation of knowledge, learning a discipline, and mastering a way of thinking. You learn to be creative by experimenting, exploring, questioning assumptions, using imagination and synthesing information. Learning to be creative is similar to learning a sport. It requires practice to develop the right muscles, and a supportive environment in which to flourish.
Your ability to generate innovative ideas is not merely a function of the mind, but also a function of five key behaviours that optimize your brain for discovery:
1. Associating: drawing connections between questions, problems, or ideas from unrelated fields
2. Questioning: posing queries that challenge common wisdom
3. Observing: scrutinizing the behavior of customers, suppliers, and competitors to identify new ways of doing things
4. Networking: meeting people with different ideas and perspectives
5. Experimenting: constructing interactive experiences and provoking unorthodox responses to see what insights emerge
As a conclusion, creativity will make your life become more fun. You get to use your brain to invent something awesome. You need to think out of the box, which is one of the skill that you will need in this era. Your soft skill will improve a lot. Therefore, keep calm and be CREATIVE.

Assalamualaikum. Hello to all my dearest blog vistors.
I am Nor Lina binti Ismail. Last 15 may 2016, I am becoming one of the people in 20 club. So, I am just a simple person that trying to do my best in everything I do. I love to joke with my family, my friends, and other people around me. I really love to make people smile.
More about me, I am the first daughter in my family. I have a happy family. I do love them really much. Right now, I am missing them badly. I have a caring father and mother. They always there for me in every situation. Their sacrifice energize my spirit to keep trying in doing eveything that I can. This is because I want to see their smile face after all the things they did for me.
Then, I have two younger sisters, angah and achik and one younger brother, adik. Them is one of the best part of my life. They fill my day with colourfull thing that can make me smile, cry, motivated, energetic and so on. I love them so much.
For my studies, I am taking my degree in Pharmacy at Uitm kampus Puncak Alam. I am trying my best to finish this program excellently. It is a tough program for me. Therefore, I will put my best effort and I will keep praying to Allah to give me the success. so, please pray for me also if you are a kind person. smile :)
